Obiex Virtual Card Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Obiex as your preferred crypto exchange and virtual
card provider. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement")
carefully before using the Obiex platform or any of its services.

By using the Obiex platform or any of its services, you agree to these
terms and condition

The Obiex platform and its services are only available to individuals who
are 18 years or older and residing in Nigeria. You must also have a valid
Bank Verification Number (BVN) issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Obiex reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without
notice.

To use Obiex's virtual card services, you must have completed Know Your
Customer (KYC) Level 2 verification. This involves providing us with
certain personal information and documentation to verify your identity.
Obiex reserves the right to reject your application for any reason.

Obiex offers virtual card services that allow you to make online purchases
and transactions using your crypto holdings. These virtual cards are only
available to Nigerian residents who have completed KYC Level 2
verification.

Obiex charges a one-time card creation fee of $1, and a subsequent card
funding fee of ($1 + 1%) i.e $1 plus the equivalent of 1% of the amount
being deposited into the card. These fees are subject to change at any
time without notice. You are responsible for paying any fees associated
with your use of Obiex's virtual card services.

You agree not to use Obiex's platform or services for any illegal,
fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. You must comply with all
applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money
laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws and
regulations.

Obiex does not warrant that its platform or services will be error-free,
uninterrupted, or secure. You use Obiex's platform and services at your
own risk. Obiex expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or
implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Obiex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of
its platform or services. You agree to indemnify and hold Obiex harmless
from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities, including
attorneys' fees, arising from your use of its platform or services.

Obiex reserves the right to terminate your access to its platform or
services at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must
immediately cease all use of Obiex's platform and services.

Obiex reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time
without notice. Your continued use of Obiex's platform or services
constitutes your acceptance of any such modifications.
By using Obiex's platform or services, you acknowledge that you have read
and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If
you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must immediately cease
all use of Obiex's platform and services.
